Every unit undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process to ensure it is fresh and free from defects before being prepared and packed for shipment. Our dedication to excellence ensures that every product you receive embodies our premier standards of quality from start to finish.

By checking the box at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. These provisions are aligned with industry standards to ensure a clear understanding of shipping risk allocation and return policies.

1. Signature Requirement:
   All orders shipped within the Continental United States require a signature upon delivery. The carrier is instructed not to leave the package without obtaining a signature from the recipient, ensuring the secure and confirmed receipt of your order.
   
   
2. Allocation of Risk:
   Once an order departs from PUR-C LLC’s facilities, the allocation of risk transfers to the carrier. PUR-C LLC disclaims any responsibility for loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.
   
   
3. Carrier Responsibility:
   In the event of delays or delivery issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve such matters directly with the carrier. PUR-C LLC is not obligated to liaise with the carrier on the customer’s behalf.
   
   
4. Insurance Option:
   Customers have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance at an extra cost. This insurance provides coverage for the full value of the shipment in cases of loss or damage during transit.
   Customers who opt out of purchasing insurance acknowledge that, in the event of loss, the carrier will only provide reimbursement up to the minimum value dictated by the carrier’s policy. PUR-C LLC assumes no liability beyond what is reimbursed by the carrier.
   
   
5. Liability Disclaimer:
   PUR-C LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay of the shipment once it has been transferred to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for issues arising after dispatch.
   
   
6. Returns:

    

   • Eligibility:
     Returns are accepted exclusively for shipments within the Continental United States and must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
     
     
   • Return Authorization (RA):
     Prior to returning any items, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting PUR-C LLC via the following link: Return Authorization Request.
     
     
   • Return Conditions:
     Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number, and the units must be in the same unopened condition as when they were received. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     
     
   • Inspection and Refund:
     Upon receipt and inspection of the returned unit(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
     
     
   • No Exceptions:
     No returns will be accepted for the following:

      

     • International Orders: Orders shipped outside the Continental United States.
     • Late Returns: Any return initiated outside the 14-day return window.
     • Opened Products: Products that have been opened or used.
     • Special Promotions and Conferences: Products purchased during special promotions or at conferences.
